Delivery

The standard delivery charge per order is just £4.95 to a UK mainland address. For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, UK Off-Mainland Islands and English Channel Islands please see the individual shipping price quoted when you reach the checkout page and have chosen your location from the drop down menu.

Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday-Friday) will normally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon or at weekends or public holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day. Delivery is by Interlink Express courier service and for most parts of the UK is next working day.

Orders for delivery internationally are calculated on a per order basis, based on location and total order weight. This is automatically calculated on the checkout page when you have chosen your location from the drop down menu. Delivery times will vary depending on your exact location but generally, for international orders, it ranges from 3-6 working days.

If your location is mainland United Kingdom you will receive an email from our courier, Interlink Express, early on the day of delivery (usually between 8am - 9am) giving you an estimated time of delivery (one hour time slot) so that you can ensure that somebody is available to accept the delivery. The email from the courier will contain an option to re-arrange the delivery time if this isn't convenient.

We will deliver to the address you give us when you place your order and it is your responsibility to give us the full and correct delivery address details. Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO Box numbers.
