Guarantee

OOZOO Timepieces and Junior watches are guaranteed for a period of one year and the Steel Collection for a period of two years from the date of purchase, under the following conditions and in accordance with the current legislation. It covers any operating defect that is accepted by the manufacturer.

Conditions: this guarantee does not apply in the case of a defect or deterioration due to wrong handling or an accident. Excluded from the guarantee are the glass, the case, the crown, the strap, the battery and all damage due to events mentioned above. All complaints must be sent to an official OOZOO dealer and be accompanied by a guarantee card and details concerning the faulty part or incorrect operation. The guarantee does not apply when the case has been opened.

Please notice that only watches bought from an official OOZOO Timepieces retailer are covered by the guarantee.
